It's normal to experience this type of changees after childbirth and I see how frustrating it must feel trying to explain it to you husband but he's not being understanding or supportive. Have you tried explaining to him what your body went through? And it is normal to feel like this after childbirth, especially if you recently had your baby. Have you considered speaking with a doctor or a therapist regarding the situation?

I’ve spoken to him on different occasions, but all he does is tell me how regular sex heals depression, he doesn’t care how I feel.

it's sad that he doesn't understand how you are feeling. Considering your situation and your husband lack of empathy, don't you think it would be best to seek professional support?

I think I’ll consider that, thank you

My boyfriend always makes me feel I'm a bad person.....he always say I'm doing the right thing at the wrong time..... He is the one with flaws n baggage yet I accepted him.....but he just go on n on saying that he doesn't trust me because he feels insecure about me mingling with others...and it's really affecting us ..we quarrel over little or nothing....I want to make things right with him I don't know how to go about it.....

Communication and understanding is the key to building a healthy and lasting relationship. You need to understand that it's both of you against the issue you are trying to resolve and not against eachother. Maybe consider trying a different approach to talking to him about these issues?
