I believe depression is many things. Sometimes it’s emptiness, sorrow, exhaustion, an ache in your chest you can’t heal, an emptiness you cannot fill. Depression can feel like a bolder on your chest you cannot lift. It’s the feeling of pure sadness and exhaustion you simply can’t explain. I don’t really think depression has a definite meaning if it does then I don’t know it, what I do know is it’s an exhausting pain I physically feel in my chest even if the world calls it a mental illness
